The website was not new, but the client had been concentrating on sales via the bricks and mortar store. Therefore the website was neglected, receiving very little traffic, and no sales.
We firstly had to conduct a digital strategy, to ascertain basics such as: client profiles, competitor analysis, recommendations for website improvement, and strategies for short and long term traffic generation and of course increases in sales.
Facebook ads campaigns were then put in place, and a period of testing and measuring different ad types, creatives, and copy gradually resulted in an increase in traffic and sales.
